Description

Site work for a parking garage in Saint Louis, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a parking garage.

The requirement for the John Cochran Division Northeast Parking Structure remains active and is being prepared for re-advertisement after no responsive proposals were received under the previous solicitation. The project is considered important and viable, and efforts are underway to revise acquisition requirements to improve competition and encourage broader industry participation. As part of this effort, the acquisition approach will be refined prior to issuing an updated solicitation. Industry engagement activities will include a virtual Industry Day followed by one-on-one meetings with interested firms. Contractors may request participation in individual sessions to provide input and gain further insight into the project requirements, supporting the development of a more competitive and responsive solicitation. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
