Renovation of a municipal facility in Boonville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of August 19, 2026 Project has been awarded to Frenchi & Crew Construction for $146,850.00 Town Board of the Town of Leyden will accept bids for a new foundation under the Town Hall. Work to consist of placing 5 -40' steel beams under building to support and place cribbing to lift off the existing foundation. Pour concrete at end of each beam for a base support of the building. Excavate around perimeter and under entire building to pour 24" x 10" footer for a 10" poured wall foundation at minimum of 4' height. Pour footer pads for existing beam support. Pour a 4" floor. Place new 8x8 and sister every floor joist. Place jack post or treated 6x6 for main beam supports. Repair/replace any rotten siding at the base of the building. Place waterproof membrane on foundation walls. Place drain tile & stone around perimeter and drain to existing ditch at left of building if elevation allows. Bid to include all materials, equipment and labor at current prevailing wage.
