Site work for a water / sewer project in Latham, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Department of Public Works, Division of Pure Waters, invites bids for the 2026 Sewer Repair Program KB375. Bids must be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope marked with the project title, name, and address of the bidder. The submission must include the completed pages marked 'TO BE SUBMITTED' and any other required documents, along with bid security if specified. Each proposal must include either a certified check or a bond with sufficient sureties, equal to 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder must, at contract execution, furnish a performance bond for 100% of the bid amount or an alternate indemnity agreement with proper security. A labor and materials payment bond for the full bid amount is also required. The successful bidder must provide insurance and security within seven days of notice of acceptance, or risk forfeiture of bid security. The right is reserved to waive informality or reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 07/09/2026 at 3:30 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of this ITB shall be submitted to the Town in writing via email to purchasing@colonie.org. All bids being delivered in person to the Office of Purchasing at Memorial Town Hall must be delivered to the north entrance. A doorbell has been provided to gain entry.
