Sealed bids are requested by the Wayne County Water & Sewer Authority for the Town of Huron Water District 10 - Phase 1A Directional Drilling. Bids must include a non-collusive bidding certificate, an Affirmation of Understanding of Agreement/Certificate of Compliance for Procurement of Services, and manufacturer's specification sheets for all materials included in the scope of work. All bids are to be submitted in a plain sealed envelope labeled as "SEALED BID / Town of Huron Water District 10 - Phase 1A DIRECTIONAL DRILLING." Bidders must register their organizations to be considered and to receive any addenda. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept the bid considered in its best interest.
