The work includes installation of new water mains, services, hydrants, and facilities within the City's water distribution system. The work also involves rock excavation, blasting, boring, cast and ductile iron joint replacement, trenching, and certain emergency services. There is an expectation to install 90,000 linear feet of water main per year, and the project also requires repairing active water mains and services.
