Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bonner Springs, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes the construction of concrete slab, sidewalks, assembly of prefabricated shelter, installation of electrical system, and all incidental and related work necessary to provide a complete project. Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to the City of Bonner Springs in an amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's maximum bid price and the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid bond issued by a Surety. Substantial completion shall be completed within 30 Working Days. All work shall be completed within 45 Working Days. This project will not include a Pre-Bid site visit.
