The existing building was constructed in 1977 and is not a historic building. The project also includes a change of use on one level of the building from assembly to business. The scope of work includes a new two-story addition to provide offices and laboratory spaces for the Northern Kentucky Crime Lab and Northern Kentucky Medical Examiner. The project will be bid on the date indicated in the section of the manual for instruction to bidders. The project will be awarded based on the priority of the work that contributes to the critical path work.
