Site work and new construction of a day care center in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 740-bed day care center.
The Province of Manitoba is advancing an initiative to expand licensed childcare capacity across the province through the construction of new stand-alone childcare facilities on school division properties. This project involves design-build services for new childcare centres, each with 74 spaces, across multiple identified urban and rural sites in two bundles: Bundle 1 includes five urban school division sites and Bundle 2 includes six rural school division sites. The procurement approach bundles these sites to leverage economies of scale. Bids must be submitted online.
