The City of Ottawa is seeking proposal submissions to provide professional contract administration and construction inspection services for the Manotick Pumping Station Interim Capacity Upgrade. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Question Deadline 07/14/2026 at 11:59 PM ET All inquiries and questions regarding this RFP must be submitted online Site Walkthrough 07/09/2026 at 10:00 AM ET Location: 4344 Rideau Valley Drive North, Ottawa, Ontario All proponents are strongly urged to attend the site visit at the Manotick Pumping Station (4344 Rideau Valley Drive North, Ottawa, Ontario) at the date and time outlined in Article 1.11 - Proposed Schedule of Events. Please be advised that all personnel attending the site visit will require a CSA approved hardhat and pair of CSA approved safety boots. All questions following the site visit must be submitted to the Contracting Authority in accordance with the instructions provided in Article 1.4 - Inquiries and Addenda. Inquiries will be addressed by way of an addendum to all interested parties who order the RFP document through MERX. Proponents wishing to attend the site visit shall provide the names and contact information for all attendees to the Contracting Authority via email by the date and time outlined under Article 1.11 - Proposed Schedule of Events. If no one registers for the site visit it may be cancelled, at the City's sole discretion, and Proponents notified via written addendum.
