Project Overview The County of Hidalgo, New Mexico on the behalf of the Hidalgo County Fire Department is seeking qualified contractors to provide construction services for the Addition and Remodel of the Hidalgo County Fire Department. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering the project in accordance with the specifications, schedule, and quality standards outlined herein. Scope of Work The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following: Site Preparation: Clearing, grading, and utility setup as required. Structural Work: Foundation, framing, roofing, and exterior finishes. Interior Work: Drywall, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installation. . Compliance: Adherence to all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements. Project Management: Coordination with the Hidalgo County Fire Chief, regular progress reporting, and quality control.
