Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a fire / police facility in Virden, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the remodel of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The project involves an addition and remodel to the Hidalgo County Fire Station. Specifications for the project can be obtained by requesting them via email or in person at the County Manager's Office. Sealed bids must be submitted to the County Manager's Office and clearly marked for the Fire Station Addition and Remodel. The Board of Hidalgo County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive all formalities. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following: o Site Preparation: Clearing, grading, and utility setup as required. o Structural Work: Foundation, framing, roofing, and exterior finishes. o Interior Work: Drywall, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installation. o Compliance: Adherence to all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements. o Project Management: Coordination with the Hidalgo County Fire Chief, regular progress reporting, and quality control.
