The City of Santa Fe, NM is seeking proposals from qualified parties to occupy the Property at 2801 Cerrillos Rd and to operate and provide services to the residents of the City, which will be a benefit to the Community. The Property cannot be used for "homeless services." The Initial Term shall be 5 years with an Option Term of 5 years. Offerors shall propose rent based on a fair-market-rent appraisal, which will be provided at least 10 business days before the Proposal is due.
