Boarding up of the building located at 1802 Water St. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 7/1/2026 03:00:00 PM (CT) Furnish labor, materials, tools, appliances, services, and facilities ; perform work and services for accomplishments and completion of all work indicated on drawings, if applicable, and described in these specifications, in accordance with all portions of Contract Documents, Change Orders issued thereto, and Building Code. Work includes, but is not limited to, providing boarding of one (1 ) door, work for boarding and subsequent securing of the building structures indicated in the Notice to Bidders. The project will involve "partial" boarding of the door and unstable portion of the existing building. (See attached specification drawings detailing the partial boarding area and details of the scope of work.) All remaining debris, weeds, or brush on the lot(s) must be clean and disposed of properly at the City of Laredo Landfill . No cement foundation or parking area will be removed. Do not remove any healthy trees that are four (4) inches or more in diameter. Exceptions for the removal of such tress will be if the tree is in a dry, unsafe, and unhealthy state. A specific determination of which tress will remain will be made on site. All other vegetation will be removed. Contractor must notify the Department of Building Development when lot(s) have been cleaned as per the scope of work for a scheduled inspection between Contractor and Building Development.
