Project description: The purpose of the project is to construct two (2) tiny homes to the Lafayette Tiny Homes Community and install all the corresponding utilities. The proposed homes are to follow the same specifications and designs of the existing ones. The project consists of roughly 400 LF of water and sewer line each, 150 LF of underground electrical line, 100 SF of reinforced concrete sidewalk, a concrete block wall to hold new electrical boxes, and the two tiny homes. All mobilization, clearing, and grubbing to be considered as part of the scope of work for this project while following city specifications and standards for all construction.
