Replacement and enlargement of existing plaza area, addition of brick seat wall, pole lighting, ground mounted landscape lighting, new curb ramps, and asphalt pavement installation. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. All questions must be submitted, in writing, by 3:00 PM on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, to allow for addenda, if needed. No questions after such date will be answered. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Base Bid: 08032.A Provide all work for the installation of a new seat wall, pavements, and site lighting in Center Green Space. This work includes selected demolition. New work includes the installation of new seat masonry wall; slate, concrete, and asphalt pavements; concrete curb; and pole and landscape lighting. Alternate One: Provide all work included in the Base Bid plus all work for the installation of the decorative fencing on the seatwall as described in the plan documents.
