Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform a two-phase renovation of Hangar 1050, including comprehensive interior and exterior upgrades to support Marine Corps flight crews, equipment, and maintenance operations for KC-130 and C-40 airframes. Work includes renovation of four separate administrative areas and phased construction to allow continued aircraft maintenance operations in active portions of the hangar during each phase. Interior renovations consist of repair and replacement of finishes, mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, wet pipe fire suppression systems, and fire alarm/mass notification systems. Exterior work includes repair and refinishing of hangar doors and egress components as well as replacement of the hangar roof. Hangar bay renovations include installation of new electrical, water, and wastewater distribution systems, fire suppression systems, epoxy floor coatings, compressed air systems, heating and ventilation systems, and replacement of existing maintenance cranes and support railings to ensure operational functionality and safety.
