Reference number: 20157354 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 5 Description The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests (MRNF), through its Cote-Nord Regional Directorate, within the Public Land Directorate-General, is seeking the services of a contractor for the comprehensive clean-up of sites located on state-owned land. This call for tenders aims to award a construction contract for the dismantling, recovery and clean-up of twenty-one sites in the Haute-Cote-Nord and Manicouagan RCMs. The works must commence as soon as the contract is signed and be completed by 6 November 2026 at the latest. The tender must be submitted by a contractor who must have a permanent place of business in the Cote-Nord, Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean or Bas-St-Laurent regions, clearly identified by their name and accessible during normal office hours. The Minister draws your attention to clauses 3.11 and 3.12 of the tender document, which set out the eligibility criteria for contractors and the compliance requirements for tenders to be met under this call for tenders.
