Site work and addition to a municipal facility in Mississauga, Ontario. Design plans call for the addition of a 20,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
Construction of a 2 to 3-storey, additional 42 units emergency shelter expansion. The current building houses 108 rooms at the emergency shelter for families. TIMELINE: Contract for architectural services for the design, construction contract administration, and Canada Green Building Council Zero Carbon Building design has been awarded following Request for Proposal # 2026-429P. Design development phases are scheduled for January-February, 2027. Tender process will last starting from early 2027 till summer, 2027. Further update in winter/spring, 2027.
