Whole tree and stump removal in Moshannon State Forest. The Pennsylvania Game Commission ( PGC), Northcentral Region , requires services for the felling/whole tree removal, stump grinding, and Mulching of 93 acres on Moshannon State Forest, Clearfield County. Services shall include, but not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, tools, equipment, and seed for the entire project as per Attachment 1. All Purchase Orders require the contractor to provide the equipment, materials, labor, insurance, and all miscellaneous expenses to complete the operation.
