Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

1) Contractor will furnish all supervision, administration, means of transportation, services, material, equipment, tools, apparatus, skills and labor of every description necessary to carry out and complete in a good, firm , substantial and workmanlike manner the work described below. 3) Contractor will construct project in accordance with all applicable local , state and federal requirements. Contractor will be subject to any permits that may be required by local regulatory agencies. 4) The Contractor will be responsible for continuous and uninterrupted operation of the pump stations. If necessary, Contractor will provide pump(s) of sufficient capacity and the labor, whether by "pumping and hauling" wastewater collected or by by-pass pumping, until restoration of service/operation of the sewer line. If by-pass pumping is necessary, the Owner will notify surrounding property owners of work and the necessity of by-pass pumps running continuously. Contractor will be responsible for monitoring pumping operation. If an overflow occurs, the Contractor will be responsible for spillage, site restoration, including clean up, and any fees or penalties levied for the incident, unless caused by negligence of the Contractor.
