For Armstrong Park Pickleball Courts Paving The Project consists of the placement of 1 1/2 " 9.5 mm of Super Pave wearing course, 1 1/2 " to 2" Bituminous Milling, 3 " Super Pave binder Course, 1/2 " Bituminous Scratch Coat, sealing all edges and joints, Bituminous Curb Overlay, Topsoil and Seeding, Cutting Bituminous Joints Longitudinally and Laterally to match all existing concrete Joints providing necessary pavement notches(Highview Road), Provide necessary keyways at end of all pavement areas, all center joints to be sealed typically providing all utility risers as incidental to the road pavement work. In Armstrong Park located at 10 Community Park Drive a New Pickle Ball Court shall be paved with Super Pave Wearing and Binder Course the Size is 60 feet x 60 feet. The Township will prepare the stone subbase. The Contractor shall provide riser rings and riser adjustments for Highview Road and where necessary. The milling material shall be retained by the contractor by the Contractor, all costs for disposal; and hauling shall be included in the bid submitted. The Contractor shall retain 2 truckloads for the Township's use if Township Decides to take them. Driveways shall have temporary material placed where needed at elevation problems due to milling. The Contractor shall notify all Residents on Highview Road by door hangers and adjacent streets by notices on the Telephone poles of the Project Paving date and that there shall be no parking on the street. Notice to be at least 48 Hours in advance. The work in the above shall be in accordance to the detailed specifications contained in these documents and the contract drawings. The work shall include items necessary to have a complete project. The contractor shall supply proper traffic control for the project. It is proposed, after execution of the contract, to begin work on the date specified to prosecute all work so as to complete it within sixty (60) consecutive days.
