Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to repair embankment deficiencies located east and west of the Thomas J. O'Brien Lock. Work includes earthwork to raise embankment height, clearing and grubbing of vegetation, culvert repair, and riprap placement. The contractor shall perform all associated construction activities required to restore and stabilize the embankments in accordance with project requirements and specifications. Location: Thomas J.
