The work consists of providing complete design-build construction services to create a contractor lay-down area and implement security upgrades. The contractor shall furnish all design plans, labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and quality control necessary to execute the project in accordance with construction documents and specifications. The scope includes preparing and grading the designated project area, extending electrical power to support the placement and operation of containers, and installing those containers in specified locations. Additional work involves constructing perimeter security features such as fencing and gated access, installing a ramp and curb to support site accessibility and functionality, and integrating a security camera system to enhance site monitoring and protection. All work must be completed within the established performance period while ensuring compliance with design and construction requirements.
