The State of California (State), Department of General Service (DGS), Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM) owns and operates parking facilities with grille gates, roll up doors and sliding gates at multiple parking facilities throughout the state and pursuant to Government Code 14678, authorizes DGS in construction, operation, and maintenance of motor vehicle parking facilities. OFAM is procuring maintenance and repair services for parking grille gates, roll up doors and sliding gates to motor vehicle parking facilities on state property in Northern California. The anticipated term of the contract will be for two (2) years. OFAM will have the sole option to extend the contract term for one (1) year at the contracted rates.
