The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) hereby invites all licensed, and qualified General Construction to participate in its Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the installation a new rotating beacon with a 45 tip-down pole and housekeeping concrete pad; and the removal of the existing beacon, beacon tower, and concrete pad at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. The project also entails the provision and installation of an emergency generator, providing power supply to the new beacon, making improvements to the surrounding gravel pad and gravel access road, and replacing the perimeter fence and vehicle gate. Question Deadline 07/17/2026 at 1:00 PM AT Bidders' Questions: Owner's Representative will provide responses at prebid conference to Bidders' questions received up to two (2) business days prior to conference The Virgin Islands Port Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in or reject any and all bids, or to re-advertise for bids.
