Renovation of a municipal facility in Christiansted, Virgin Islands. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Virgin Islands Port Authority ("VIPA" or "The Authority") is hereby soliciting Requests for Proposal (RFP) to seek proposals from qualified firms and licensed firms to 1.) assess active roof leaks and 2.) provide all labor, tools, and equipment to perform all authorized roof leak repairs at the Gordon A. Finch Molasses Pier. The facility consists of an approximately 19,000 square foot building, including a five-bay warehouse with an attached administrative office building. The roof system covers approximately 22,000 square feet, including canopy and gutter systems located along both sides of the building.
