Repair the rainwater basin membrane. Proponents are expected to examine carefully the site(s) at which the Deliverables are to be provided, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their Bid a sum to cover the cost of all items contemplated in the Contract. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. Failure of a Proponent to attend a mandatory Site Visit, properly register, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and remain present for the duration of the Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Proponent's Bid. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
