Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Decorah, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

The scope of this project includes the installation of a 280-foot multi-use practice field, the final field of a four-field sports complex. Additional scope includes irrigation, 30-foot high backstop netting along with a batting cage and plaza space. Installation of a prefabricated concession and restroom building will be located within plaza space (material and shipping not included within bid package). Alternates include chain link dugout with sloped roofs and complete build-out of Field #4, including fencing with windscreen, foul poles, ag lime surfacing, and seeding as indicated on drawings and specifications. Coordinate with Decorah Athletic Complex contractors performing Work on the property at own cost, including but not limited to allowing access for their delivery of equipment and materials.
