Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.

The work consists mainly of roadway resurfacing, water main replacement, lead water service replacements, sewer repairs, and concrete flat work. The project includes pavement milling, hot-mix asphalt binder and surface course installation, installation of 8" ductile iron water main and water main services, manhole structure repair and adjustments, sewer pipe spot repairs, intermittent PCC curb and gutter removal and replacement, intermittent PCC sidewalk removal and replacement, sidewalk ramp ADA panel installation, parkway ditch restoration, thermoplastic pavement markings, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project. The work is to be performed on and along York Avenue, between its west dead end and Oakwood Avenue; Garden Street, between Washington Street and Grand Lake Boulevard; and Ingalton Avenue, between Washington Street and Grand Lake Boulevard.
