Description

Site work and new construction of a military facility in Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

FA460026Q0066, SGBP 26-0013 This requirement is for a design-build construction project to provide an independent HVAC system for the 97th IS. The work includes all aspects of design and construction necessary to deliver a complete and functional HVAC system in accordance with applicable standards and project requirements. The contractor shall ensure compliance with all referenced provisions and clauses, maintain System for Award Management registration for eligibility, and adhere to applicable labor laws including Construction Wage Requirements and the Davis-Bacon Act wage determination. The project also includes coordination for site access to a secured military installation and compliance with all related entry requirements. Location: Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent in writing to the Contracting Office by July 27, 2026, 1:00PM CDT. Answers to all questions will be posted via amendment to www.sam.gov as soon as readily available.
