Description

Renovation of a military facility in Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and military facility.

Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, administration, and services necessary to remove existing carpet flooring, prepare the subfloor, and install new carpet in the atrium, corridors, and offices located on Lower Level 1 of Building 1000 (B1000). Work includes the procurement and installation of new carpet for the atrium, corridors, and designated office spaces, as well as the salvage and reuse of serviceable carpet tiles from corridor areas for installation in office spaces. All work shall be completed to provide a finished and functional flooring system in accordance with project requirements. Location: Headquarters United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), Building 1000 (B1000), 900 SAC Boulevard, Offutt Air Force Base, NE 68113. Questions: Submit all questions regarding this RFQ to the POCs by Monday, 31 August 2026 at 12:00 PM CDT.
