Renovation of a military facility in San Diego, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Interested businesses are requested to submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the Government's requirements as part of market research to determine whether small businesses are capable of performing the acquisition. Respondents must identify all applicable small business designations and include their business size, CAGE code, DUNS number, and company details such as name, address, point of contact, telephone number, and email. The submission must also outline the company's relevant experience, including contracting agency, contract number, contract title, place of performance, years of performance, and annual contract value. The document should clearly describe the contractor's capability to fulfill the requirement, be limited to five one-sided pages, use Times New Roman font size 12, and be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format via email. This notice is strictly for market research purposes, does not constitute a request for proposal, and prohibits submission of proposals, hard copies, facsimiles, or additional marketing materials. The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with preparing or submitting the capability statement, and requirements may change at any time based on responses received. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
