Question Deadline 07/21/2026 at 3:00 PM MT Deadline to submit Questions Online Portal PN - 26316480 The projects scope of work consists of the Camp Williams existing North Building 20 Remodel constructed in the early 1990s, including comprehensive renovation of the existing interior and selective exterior upgrades to repurpose the facility for office and training functions. Scope includes complete demolition of existing interior construction; construction of new offices, training rooms, and support spaces in accordance with the Contract Documents, including partitions, floor and wall finishes, casework, and specialties; modification and installation of mechanical systems and associated connections; updated plumbing systems, fixtures, and connections; and revised electrical distribution, lighting, power, and system routing. Additional work includes incorporation of dedicated IT spaces; removal and replacement of doors and windows; installation of EIFS exterior finish with added insulation; and roofing system replacement. All work is confined to the existing building footprint and includes changes to occupancy use and occupant load. The project is classified as a Level 3 Alteration in accordance with the 2021 International Existing Building Code (IEBC).
