The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project: Project Description: This project involves the design and construction of a new covered vehicle wash rack facility for the Utah National Guard at Camp Williams, featuring a 74' x 81' (5,994 SF) two-bay building with two pass-through and sediment bays (two Stage 1 and one Stage 2), alongside a 15' x 37' (555 SF) Pump House. To support year-round operations and prevent winter icing, the bays will incorporate an in-slab or overhead heating system paired with a frost-free water delivery network. Additionally, the project requires comprehensive civil engineering design to navigate significant site grade changes and safely relocate congested existing utilities.
