Site work, paving and renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot in Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot.

Construction of concrete sidewalks, driveways, and pedestrian curb ramps, and the repair and replacement of existing brick sidewalks at various locations within the city. Estimated total cost: $1,258,846.90 The work shall consist of: Reconstruction of approximately 1,245 feet of six (6 ) foot wide cement concrete sidewalks, cement concrete driveways, and cement concrete pedestrian curb ramps work at various locations in the Liberty Heights, Memorial Square, Pine Point and Metro Center Neighborhoods, utilizing ARPA funding. Reconstruction of approximately 160 square yards of decorative cement concrete to be stamped in an 18" x 30" running bond pattern, 105 square yards of cement concrete sidewalks and cement concrete pedestrian curb ramps, 55 square yards of brick edging work, decorative lamp standard and bollard replacement, tree removal, Flexi-Pave application and various associated site work at the Fort Street with Worthington Street Alleyway, located in the Metro Center Neighborhood, utilizing ARPA funding. Reconstruction of approximately 2,750 feet of six (6) foot wide cement concrete sidewalks, cement concrete driveways, cement concrete pedestrian curb ramps and associated work at various locations throughout the Bay, Memorial Square, and Liberty Heights Neighborhood in the City of Springfield utilizing CDBG funding. Reconstruction of approximately 2,315 feet of six ( 6) foot wide cement concrete sidewalks, cement concrete driveways, cement concrete pedestrian curb ramps and associated work at various locations throughout the Pine Point Neighborhood, utilizing City Bond funding. Reconstruction of approximately 855 square yards of cement concrete sidewalks, cement concrete driveways and cement concrete pedestrian curb ramps at various locations in the Six Corners Neighborhoods, utilizing TNC funding.
