Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Rehabilitation of Coldwater and Covington water tanks. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Coldwater & Covington Tank Rehabilitation as follows: Renovations to two (2) elevated water storage tanks including exterior abrasive blast and repaint with containment, wet/dry interior spot abrasive blast and repaint, and miscellaneous repairs. An alternate bid will be accepted for renovations to an additional elevated storage tank including exterior high-pressure water clean and overcoat paint and miscellaneous repairs. Question Deadline 07/13/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Design Manager in writing. Questions received less than ten ( 10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
