Renovation of a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Provide grease trap replacement and repair of the Pharmacy Cache HVAC system to ensure required humidity, temperature control, and ventilation requirements are met, including integration of Building Management System (BMS) control with the existing campus system. Furnish all supervision, labour, tools, materials, equipment, installation, training, commissioning documentation, operations and maintenance documentation, and a one-year warranty covering materials and installation. Conduct field verification to identify all required equipment, parts, and materials and to verify existing site conditions prior to performance. Location: Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center, Spokane, WA. A site visit will be conducted for this requirement on August 27, 2026, at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center Campus from 10:00 AM PST to 11:00 AM PST.
