The acquisition and construction of an uninsulated, unheated, 60' x 40' post frame storage building with concrete floor at Hickory Hills Park located at 3338 Hickory Hills Road, La Porte City, IA 50651. The scope of work for this project includes: Site Preparation: Leveling and grading the building pad and any associated grading needed for construction Foundation: Post-hole excavation, concrete embedment Framing: Wall girts, roof purlins, door rough-in w/headers, and engineered wood truss installation. Electrical: Provide and install outlets, wiring and lighting Exterior: Installation of metal siding, roof sheeting, and trim.
