Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Stove Creek Precinct, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Removal and replacement of an 8-span 110’ timber bridge (9’ clear width) with twin 120” x 63’ corrugated metal pipes with steel headwalls and wingwalls. Work includes removal of the existing structure, excavation and backfill, culvert pipe installation, grading, trail surfacing (aggregate), seeding and erosion control installation. Bidders should submit proposals in sealed envelopes marked for MoPac Trail Bridge Replacement, 25086, to the Lower Platte South Natural Resources District at 3125 Portia Street, P.O. Box 83581, Lincoln, NE 68521. Bid documents and specifications are available for public inspection at Midwest Engineering, Inc. and the Lower Platte South NRD Office. Award is subject to final approval.
