Description

Site work for a parking garage in Monterey Park, California. Completed plans call for site work for a 470,530-square-foot, five-story above grade parking garage.

This project's scope of work is the design and implementation of stormwater management by integrating three distinct, impermeable lined biofiltration systems (BIO-1A/1B: 5,000sf / BIO-2: 6,300sf, and BIO-3: 3,300sf) into existing landscaped planter areas. The primary objective is to direct stormwater runoff from the northeast portion of the campus and the roof of Parking Structure #4 into these biofiltration basins, which will require rerouting existing stormdrains and roof drain piping, installation of a new overflow structure, curbs and gutters, and additional civil scope of work. This project also consists of installing various drain systems within the existing post-tensioned concrete Parking Structure #4 (5 Story | 470,530sf)
