Construction of a new regional courthouse complex hosting the District, Juvenile, Housing and Probate and Family Courts. Request for Qualifications for Three Trade Contractor Packages for Masonry; Waterproofing, Dampproofing and Caulking; and Elevators, for TRC - Framingham Justice Center, Framingham, MA. This Project is for a new 120,000 to 130,000 GSF courthouse to be located in downtown Framingham on the site of the former Danforth Museum. The building will provide modern facilities for the District Court, Juvenile Court, Housing Court and the Probate and Family Court. This is a Construction Management at Risk project under M.G.L. c. 149A. Interested firms MUST submit a Qualification Statement by the deadline and be prequalified if interested in bidding on the project. DCAMM Certification applies to this process. This RFQ is the first part of a two-step process for Trade Contractors. First, interested firms must submit the qualification statement. At a later date, only pre-qualified firms will be invited to submit bids for the category of works in which they were prequalified. This Qualification Statement is different from DCAMM Certification.
