Site work and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work of the Contract consists of, but is not limited to 1. The Contractor shall furnish/ install all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the upgrades to the Dusk to Dawn Lighting at the Shawmut Village Family Development. All work affecting residents shall be coordinated with the Tenant Coordinator(s) in accordance with Section 01 16 16, Tenant Coordinator. The Contractor shall maintain accurate as-built records throughout construction reflecting any deviations from the Contract Documents, and shall submit a complete closeout submittal package to the Owner upon completion of the Work, including as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranties, prior to release of final payment. 2. Upgrade of Exterior Dusk to Dawn Lighting at Shawmut Village. The Work includes upgrades of existing front and rear porch lights throughout the development. Install one photocell per building to control all porch lights. The work also includes addition of new exterior lighting wall pacs, and visitor parking lot lighting to improve exterior illumination and enhance resident safety. 3. Locations are designated in the attachments. These locations are estimated and are not to scale. 4. The Units shall be mounted on or within ceilings as well as on or within walls Goals for minority participation 18% Goals for female participation 6.9% The project consists of but not limited to: Upgrades of existing front and rear porch lights throughout the development. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, Electrical, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount
