Removal of existing 96-inch by 120-inch corrugated metal pipe arch and replacement with either a steel sheet pile bulkhead or a precast reinforced concrete box culvert. Scope includes clearing, site work, demolition, excavation, reinforced concrete headwalls, compacted backfill, rip-rap, fencing, catch basins, french drains, and dewatering.
