Reference Number 0000434346 Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: 4 Annual Renewals Possible It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to establish a term contract for annual inspections to be performed on elevator equipment for City of Myrtle Beach facilities throughout various locations. The successful Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, and all other things necessary to perform the work required under this contract. The City's previous contract for elevator inspections was priced at one hundred fifteen dollars ($115.00) per inspection. Due to budget constraints, the City will only consider bid prices that are no greater than an 8% increase from the previous contract. Travel/mileage cannot be considered.
