Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Courtenay, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Courtenay (the "City") invites Tenders for C26-103 Ryan Road Sidewalk Upgrades. The work will include the following: Replacement of ditch and culvert with 280m of PVC storm main; Connecting to new and existing lateral storm services and catch basins; Constructing 350m of new roadside concrete sidewalk; Constructing street lighting along the concrete sidewalk; Removal and replacement of BC Transit bus stop; and Landscaping boulevard and restoration.
