Reference Number 0000430082 Work covered: Work under this contract includes all materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete the work indicated on the drawings, described in specifications or reasonably inferred. The Contractor shall be liable for errors and/or corrections made necessary by the use of out of date drawings or project documents. The University of Colorado (UCB) will be renovating the interior finishes of a portion of the basement, first floor, and second floor of the Wolf Law Library on campus. This renovation will include the construction of two new study rooms located on the first floor with all mechanical, electrical , and data to support them . There will also be new electrical and mechanical updates on the second floor where new study tables and chairs will be located. The Wolf Law law library project at the University of Colorado Boulder involves a refresh throughout the law library spaces, located on floors 1B through 2. The scope includes new carpet and paint, a new student study area, and new study rooms to enhance the student experience for both current and prospective students.
