The work consists of performing flooring repairs in MARSOC Buildings RR531 and RR532, including providing all necessary labor, materials, and supervision to complete the repairs within 180 days after award. The contractor shall ensure coordination of all activities to maintain continuous facility operations, minimizing disruption to ongoing use throughout the construction period. The project requires adherence to applicable wage determinations, quality control, and safety requirements, with the option for a single qualified individual to serve as Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Safety and Health Officer. The contractor must comply with all contract specifications and construction standards, manage scheduling constraints associated with an occupied facility, and deliver the completed flooring repairs in accordance with the project requirements.
