The contractor shall perform roof repairs for Buildings HP445, HP465, and HP485 under a designated Roof MACC contract. The work includes providing all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete the required roof repair activities in accordance with the attached scope of work and drawings. The contractor shall execute the project within 360 days of award while ensuring operations are conducted with minimal interference to ongoing facility activities, as the facilities will remain in operation throughout the construction period. All work must comply with applicable wage determinations, bonding requirements, and project specifications, with award based on lowest price.
