Renovation of a military facility in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Removal and replacement of the existing Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems serving Geiger Quad Buildings G530 and G550. Work includes furnishing and installing new DOAS equipment, coordinating delivery so that construction does not begin until all new equipment is onsite, and maintaining continuous service by ensuring that only one DOAS unit is taken out of service at any given time. The project requires full coordination of demolition, mechanical installation, associated controls, testing, and commissioning necessary to place the new systems into complete and operable condition in accordance with the project specifications. Only Mechanical MACC Contractors listed on the General Requirements cover page may submit a proposal for this ROICC Camp Lejeune area of responsibility project. See attached documents for scope of work and any applicable drawings. Estimated Cost Range: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Contract Completion Date: 720 days after award Requests for Information (RFIs): RFIs must be submitted by the prime contractor to jessica.r.huebner.civ@us.navy.mil. The cut off for RFIs is 5/14/2026 by 2:00 PM EST in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
