Perform paint and flooring repairs in Buildings FC371 and FC372. Work includes all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to repair and restore interior painted surfaces and flooring systems as required to correct deficiencies and return affected areas to serviceable condition. The contractor shall coordinate activities to support continued facility operations and complete the work within the established contract duration in accordance with applicable specifications and standards. Only M&R MACC Contractors listed on the General Requirements cover page may submit a proposal for this ROICC Camp Lejeune area of responsibility project. Estimated Cost Range: Between $10,000,00 and $25,000.000 Requests for Information (RFIs): RFIs must be submitted to sharon.e.humphrey.civ@us.navy.mil.
